In order to seek membership in the Monroe Chapter of the Law Dogs
you need to meet some of the requirements listed below:
- You must have ownership rights to and ride a motorcycle or be able to obtain one within 6 months of joining.
- You must be properly licensed to ride and operate a motorcycle and be able to provide documentation upon request.
- Any motorcycle manufacture is allowed for membership into the Chapter. We strongly encourage the cruiser style bike as it fits our type of riding.
- Eligibility Requirements
- You may be a full-time, part-time or reserve police officer with full arrest powers or retired from a Law Enforcement Agency
- You may be a corrections officer, full-time or volunteer firefighter or Emergency Medical Personnel.
- You may be a civilian with high regard for Law Enforcement and First Responders. (51% of members must be LE or ESP)
- You may be a non-riding member (Ladies Membership) when sponsored by a regular member of the Chapter
